Yes. It`s actually a Russian version of the American magazine www.cinefex.com We get it on licence. Yes, we write about Russian visual effect projects too as part of our agreement with the original publisher so, this issue contains a couple of my texts as well :)
Thank you, dear! Well, those are not my first published texts really :) So, I am kind of not much excited about it now. But I love the mag itself, so... I found more fun that this issue has my opinion on vfx Oscars as the lead editor of this magazine - among the real vfx specialists - supervisers and the likes. This I`d find amusing. We collected comments on like "who you think gonna win this year" usual pre-Oscar stuff. Most people said it would be "Tron" which didn`t get nominated even. I chose "Inception" - hope it`s gonna win.
